Every effort is made to ship orders quickly and completely, but occasionally a popular item may be on back ordered which we will advise you of promptly. As soon as such item(s) are back in stock they are shipped immediately our shipping department will of course provide a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email the day the item is shipped

SHIPPING



All Shipping costs are clearly shown on Order Forms, Invoices etc. All Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground etc. All Orders are usually Shipped in accordance with the lead time mentioned on our web site. Shipping Damage

InStyle Décor Quality Checks and Photographs all orders prior to shipping. Orders are Insured and Guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, as clearly detailed in your shipping confirmation email. We must be advised within 24 hours of delivery, we can not accept any claims beyond the delivery date as insurance is no longer valid. To clarify we can not accept damage or defect claims beyond the 24 hour delivery date with no exceptions.

For a limited number of items that do offer returns, such items can only be returned on the following terms, any returns which do not comply 100% with all points detailed below will be void, none returnable, no refundable with no exceptions:

2: Returns Are Subject To Re Stocking Fee of 25% of Order Value

3: Returned in Perfect Condition Un Used Free from Damage, Marks, Scratches, Stains or Odors

4: Returned as shipped in the original interior and exterior package material

5: Returned within 7 days

6: Returned orders are shipped at the buyers expense

InStyle Décor returns dept check all returns to ensure return policy compliance, once approval our accounts dept will provide a prompt refund less 25% re stocking fee

Fraudulent Claims / Unlawful Credit Card Charge Backs Claims

InStyle Decor is a professional and honest company, 99% of our client are the same. However due to the growing number of on line fraudsters we hereby state: Should a Credit Card Charge Back Claim be filed whilst the order remains in the possession of the buyer without advising InStyle Decor.
